Using the service reduces the costs related to breakdowns, time needed to restore system operation and the cost of maintaining a replacement device by its operator. It is possible to purchase the service at any moment for the period not less than 12 months.
The service has to involve the whole installed device identifiable by serial numbers. The fee according to VECTOR price list has to be paid for the whole year in advance. Special Terms and Conditions are regulated by the Service Provisions.
- Technical support via email or phone during company working hours
- In crisis situations technical support via e-mail and phone 24/7/365
- Access to VECTOR portal dedicated to technical support
- Delivery of substitute equipment 24 hours
- Remote problem solving in case of emergency
- Updating software of devices if the Manufacturer allows update software of devices included in the System
- Assisting in configuration of new functions
- Dealing with breakdowns on-site (to a limited extent)
- Engineer dedicated to Customer’s problem solving
- Assistance in planning development of customer’s network and implementation of new services
