An important element of VECTOR’s operation is supporting its Partners in maintenance of the systems. We would like to offer co-operation in this field including technical support, help in solving problems, quick response to critical problems in networks and maintaining the systems in top-level efficiency.

The Systems' Support Service is available in following packages, which allow full benefiting from experience and knowledge of VECTOR's employees:
  • Technical Support Service including:
    • technical support through e-mail and telephone during working hours
    • technical support through e-mail and telephone 24/7/365 in emergency situations
    • remote problem solving in emergency situations
    • help of assigned engineer for solving Client's problems
    • aid in describing development plans of Client's network and in deployment of new services
    The offer of Systems' Support Services is available in three packages: Platinum Level, Golden Level, Silver Level.
  • Extending The Warranty Period Service including:
    • Free of charge elimination of defects on conditions defined by standard warranty term
  • Lending a Replacement Until Repairs Are Completed Service - AHR, including:
    • Lending a replacement which guarantees same functionality and performance as original
